First issue of the first (and only Latin) edition of a very rare medical work on medicaments and recipes (part 1) and the various illnesses (part 2), published at Leiden and written by a medical doctor identified only as "P.T." The chapter titles include (part 1): i: De tincturis; ii: De variis metallorum cacinationibuse; iii: De antimonii; iv: De mercurii calcinatione; ... xxiv: Methodus praeparandi furnos; and (part 2: Praxis chymiatrica rationalis ...): i: De apoplexia; ii: De paralysi; iii: De epilepsia; ... xxxi: De Scorbuto; xxxii: De lienteria & fluxu coeliaco.
A German translation was published in Frankfurt & Leipzig in 1696.
